It will reteam series star Donald Faison with guest star Stacey Dash, marking a Clueless reunion of one of the ’90s’ cutest couple Murray and Dionne, who were adorkable before Zooey Deschanel was a blip on the pop culture radar. Forever Young premieres Wednesday, April 3, at 10pm ET on TV Land. It sounds like a match made in reality show heaven: a bunch of cantankerous, get-off-my-lawn oldsters living with a swarm of spoiled, arrogant whippersnappers. For the past 10 years, springtime has meant another addition of the TV Land Awards, a nostalgia-packed gala that celebrates classic television and usually is good for at least one blockbuster cast reunion. Zach Braff is playing a sports star and a ladies’ man. To fans of Scrubs — where for nine years Braff played the appletini-guzzling, sports deficient J.D. — this is heady news indeed. Braff’s against-type performance will reunite him with “Brown Bear” himself, Donald Faison, on Faison’s TV Land sitcom The Exes, for an Aug. 29 episode. RIP, Andy Griffith. The legendary actor passed away today at the age of 86, leaving behind an incredible body of work and plenty of memories for scores of fans.
