Jerry Buss tribute tonight on ESPN Classic

ESPN Classic airs a Dr. Jerry Buss tribute in honor of the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers who passed away yesterday at age 80. Buss enjoyed 10 NBA championships since assuming ownership of the Lakers in 1979. Buss is remembered as a shrewd businessman, a scholar, a renaissance man, a bon vivant and a generous philanthropist. As part of the tribute, ESPN Classic airs four Lakers NBA Finals games, including the first (1980) and last (2010) NBA championships for Buss’ Lakers. 2012 NCAA Women’s Final Four TV schedule

The NCAA Women’s Final Four is set, with all No. 1 seeds reaching the national semifinals at the Pepsi Center in Denver. On Sunday, April 1, Connecticut will take on Notre Dame at 6:30pm ET, followed by Stanford vs. Baylor at 8:30pm ET, both games on ESPN and ESPN3. This the new State Farm Champions Classic college basketball event at New York City’s Madison Square Garden is the highlight of the annual College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU Nov. 15.
