Done with the “Daily” grind. Here’s when to watch Jon Stewart’s last Daily Show

What will we do without Jonnie Stew? The Daily Show Daily Show Full Episodes,  More Daily Show Videos,  Comedy Central Full Episodes   Sure, I thought the same of Stephen Colbert and The Colbert Report back in December, but my mourning was tempered with the understanding that I’m getting Stephen back next month in Letterman’s place. Jon … well, I don’t know. And that stings. Yes, The Daily Show will go on. But not The Daily Show With Jon Stewart. Because I’m a print journalist who still believes hard in the medium, I get my daily news from a handful […]

First Look: House Of Cards Season 3 Trailer

Some of the biggest buzz surrounding last night’s Oscar’s broadcast had little to do with Neal Patrick Harris in tighty-whities, John Travolta heavy-petting Idina Menzel’s face or John Legend and Common’s moving musical performance to their Oscar-winning song, “Glory.” Today, many people are talking about the President of the United States. Okay, okay, the fictional President of the United States, but still…people can’t stop talking about Francis Underwood, the devilish fake president played by Kevin Spacey on Netflix’s House of Cards and the series’ dramatic Season 3 trailer. Last week, the third season of the critically acclaimed drama was “accidentally” […]

Esquire Network documentary series to chronicle Clay Aiken’s congressional campaign

Clay Aiken, perhaps the most famous second-place finalist on American Idol (he was runner-up to Ruben Studdard in Season 2), came in second once again yesterday when North Carolina voters chose not to elect him to the House, opting to stick with incumbent representative Renee Ellmers. Had he won in the predominantly Republican 2nd Congressional District, Aiken, who ran as a Democrat, would have been the South’s first openly gay representative in Congress. The drama of Clay Aiken’s improbable congressional campaign will be chronicled in a four-hour documentary series for Esquire Network, set to premiere on the cable channel in […]
