New to On Demand: Concussion

Concussion focuses on the startling discovery made by Dr. Bennet Omalu (Will Smith) while working as a pathologist in Pittsburgh. Omalu was on duty in September 2002 when the body of legendary Pittsburgh Steelers center Mike Webster (David Morse) was to be autopsied. Taking the care and methodical approach he used with all of his cases, Omalu discovered frightening facts that puzzled him. It was those facts that led him to dig deeper — even spending his own money — to uncover why this man was lying in a morgue at age 50. A native of Nigeria, Omalu has never […]

New to On Demand: Legend

Director Brian Helgeland (L.A. Confidential) introduces viewers to the Kray twins in his new film, Legend. The identical twin gangsters, Reggie and Ronnie, were two of the most notorious criminals in British history. Their empire rose in London’s East End during the 1960s and they dominated much of the illegal activity there. Helgeland’s film is a closer examination of the twins, both portrayed by Tom Hardy. Reggie Kray was the quiet but merciless twin — feared and revered at the same time, as many gangsters have been throughout history. He fashioned himself into a club owner, and though that wasn’t […]

Adonis has been a successful fighter in the Mexican underground […]

Jobs (Michael Fassbender) cofounded Apple with his friend Steve Wozniak (Seth Rogen) in a garage. Despite their differences in personality and approach, the Apple IIc they developed there was instrumental in building the early iterations of the company now known for iPads, iPhones and all that other cool stuff beginning with “i.” As Jobs changes through the years, he chooses to ignore the past […]
