Ramsay says of tonight’s episode, “All you need is one or two individuals from each team to screw up at service and the whole thing comes to a halt. I had to resurrect our reputation in front of customers [only a few feet] away! I don’t like that, so I switched things up for the rest of the season.”

She arrives in Austria to shoot a miniseries about the Romanov family with a legendary actress who has become a director (Isabelle Huppert) and, says Weiner, “they battle over the depths of her performance.” With a creepy old-world hotel and some otherworldly occurrences, the episode is a jaw-dropper.
