CMT's Bachelorette Weekend captures the fun of Nashville's party scene.

Nashville loves to rock, and CMT’s new reality series Bachelorette Weekend shows that Music City can throw an amazing party, too. The series follows the staff and clients of Bach Weekend, Nashville-based party planners known for facilitating unique and over-the-top bachelor and bachelorette parties.

“Nashville is such an approachable city,” says Robbie Goldsmith, CEO of Bach Weekend. “There’s so much to do; we’re obviously a little bit of a drinking town, but even more of a music town, and we aren’t a crazy expensive city to visit. We’re also within driving distance of about 87 percent of America.” Goldsmith explains that the concept of destination bachelor/bachelorette weekends is relatively new. “I think that people recognize that these are once-in-a-lifetime moments that they want to celebrate, and they want to do it with their best friends in a place they’re never gonna forget.”

Goldsmith prides himself on his staff’s ability to create an unforgettable experience for its clientele and says, “We want to make sure that the bride and groom know that they and their friends celebrated in an amazing place, and we helped facilitate it.”

Bachelorette Weekend comes from executive producer SallyAnn Salsano and her 495 Productions, whose prior party-centric TV hits include Jersey Shore and Party Down South. Salsano shares that Nashville is becoming America’s hot celebration destination because “it’s Southern hospitality to the extreme.”

Some of the experiences Bach Weekend offers its clients include cooking lessons, zip line adventures, Hollywood-caliber glam sessions and, of course, world-class live music. And when providing top-notch service for demanding partiers — dubbed “Woo girls” for their exhilarated (and inebriated) shouts of “Woo!” along Nashville’s celebrated main street — the team faces an endless supply of creative and logistical challenges, and drama and hilarity usually follow.
