In a live three-hour event, motorsports superstar Travis Pastrana will attempt three of daredevil Evel Knievel’s iconic motorcycle stunts — jumping over 50 cars, jumping 14 full-size buses and attempting the notorious Caesars Palace fountain jump that Knievel never successfully landed 50 years ago. For Pastrana, the special goes beyond just these extreme jumps, as it’s personal. He says the special will show the science behind the ramps and the evolution of motorcycle jumping, but also “give a tribute to the man who started it all — Evel Knievel.”
