The 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics are underway in South Korea, and the world’s most daring athletes on ice and snow are focused on bringing home gold. Viewers won’t miss a minute of competition, as NBCUniversal presents more than 2,400 hours of coverage from the PyeongChang Games across NBC, NBCSN, CNBC, USA Network, NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports app. NBC’s primetime Olympics coverage will be live in all U.S. time zones, ensuring viewers coast-to-coast can watch simultaneously, even with South Korea being halfway around the world. “Contrary to popular belief, the 14-hour time difference works really great for live primetime coverage,” says Jim Bell, president of NBC Olympics Production & Programming. “That’s right when many of the marquee events — figure skating, alpine, snowboarding — will be taking place.”

NBCUniversal will present more than 2,400 hours of coverage of the PyeongChang Games — the most ever for a Winter Olympics. Here’s a breakdown of NBC’s platforms:

NBC: Primetime coverage begins Feb. 8 — a day before the opening ceremony — with figure skating, skiing and ski jumping. NBC’s nightly primetime Olympics coverage will be live across all time zones and feature alpine skiing, figure skating, snowboarding, freestyle skiing and short track. NBC airs the closing ceremony Feb. 25.

NBCSN: Live primetime coverage nearly every night of the Games, with gold-medal finals in hockey, snowboarding, short track, luge and bobsled.

CNBC: CNBC is back with its popular evening coverage of curling.

USA Network: Live curling and hockey coverage throughout the Games.

NBCOlympics.com/NBC Sports app: Authenticated users who log in with their TV provider accounts can livestream 1,800 hours of coverage across a variety of connected devices. In addition to livestreams of all competition, the digital platforms also offer streams of NBC’s primetime programming, enhanced viewing experiences, three digital-exclusive programs, streams of practices and more.
