Soon, Jack is on the trail of L.A.’s latest string of murders, which evokes a time six years earlier, when all of Southland was paralyzed with fear over the serial killer they called the Night Stalker, a.k.a. Richard Ramirez. Coincidentally, Ramirez carried out many of his murders while staying at the Cecil Hotel. The LAPD apprehended Ramirez in 1985, but can they catch up with the killer in the latest string of murders?

NCIS: “Skeleton Crew”

Meet NCIS’s new secret weapon: Jacqueline “Jack” Sloane (Maria Bello). The former Army psyops officer and close friend of director Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) joins the team in this week’s episode as its first forensic psychologist. “Jack can look at you and tell from the way you move your hands and eyes if you’re telling the truth or not,” Bello explains. “And she’s very good at putting puzzle pieces together to solve crimes.” That will come in handy as she immediately jumps in to assist the crew in tackling the case of a kidnapped sailor.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow: “Freakshow”

Billy Zane guest-stars as showman P.T. Barnum when the Legends find themselves in 1870 to fix the anachronism at Barnum’s fledgling circus. American High School: “Walk Across That Stage”

Each week at South Carolina’s Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School — affectionately called O-W — brings a different set of challenges for the students and their tenacious principal, Dr. Stephen Peters: school violence, low test scores, teen pregnancy, issues of segregation and race, and financial struggles. Narrated by Jamie Foxx, this four-episode series shares the highs and lows of students and faculty over the course of a year. In tonight’s final episode, O-W is still reeling from Dr. Peters’ news. With just a few weeks to go until graduation, several seniors are at risk of failing.
