The Women’s Beach Volleyball tournament at the Rio Olympics comes to an end with the bronze and gold-medal matches on Wednesday, Aug. 17, beginning at 9pm ET on NBC. Brazil’s Agatha Bednarczuk Rippel and Barbara Seixas De Freitas handed the USA’s Kerri Walsh Jennings her first loss in four Olympics as she and partner April Ross were beaten 22-20, 21-18 in the semifinal. Walsh Jennings and Ross will try to salvage a bronze medal in a match against Brazil’s Larissa and Talita beginning at 9pm ET. Agatha and Barbara will face Germany’s Laura Ludwig and Kira Walkenhorst for the gold medal beginning at 11pm ET.
