Music fans lost a legend on Thursday, April 21. Prince Rogers Nelson died in Minnesota at age 57. Over four decades, Prince earned 40 Billboard Hot 100 Hits and seven Grammy wins, a Golden Globe and an Oscar for Best Original Score for Purple Rain.

Prince’s life and music will be celebrated with footage of his 2004 induction to the Hall of Fame. Inductees this year include Cheap Trick, Chicago, Deep Purple, N.W.A and Steve Miller. The 2016 ceremony will replay on HBO and HBO2 multiple times in May.

I saw him once and I’ve never seen another performer who entertained like him. I was Totally satisfied, I was floating. His concert let nothing to be desired, the best of the best.
