73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards nominees announced

American Crime
ABC's "American Crime" stars Richard Cabral as Hector Tontz, Elvis Nolasco as Carter Nix, Caitlin Gerard as Aubry Taylor, Johnny Ortiz as Tony Gutiérrez, Benito Martinez as Alonzo Gutiérrez, Timothy Hutton as Russ Skokie, Felicity Huffman as Barb Hanlon, W. Earl Brown as Tom Carlin and Penelope Ann Miller as Eve Carlin.

This morning from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Golden Globe-winner Angela Bassett, Golden Globe-winner and two-time nominee America Ferrera, Chloë Grace Moretz and two-time Golden Globe Award-nominee Dennis Quaid joined previously announced Miss Golden Globe, Corinne Foxx, Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) President, Lorenzo Soria, and Executive VP of Television at dick clark productions, Barry Adelman, in announcing the nominees in 25 categories spanning motion picture and television for the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards.

American Crime

Among TV networks, Netflix led the way with eight nominations, followed by HBO with seven, and Starz with six.

Several TV programs had three nominations apiece: American Crime (pictured), Fargo, Mr. Robot, Outlander, Transparent and Wolf Hall.

The 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony will again be hosted by Ricky Gervais, and will air live Jan. 10 at 8pm ET on NBC.

  1. I think the list of nominees in the category, “Best Performance By an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made For Television” is amazing! This is a group of women with extremely different styles of acting, and I think it’ll be hard to choose a winner.
