  1. What was the name of the movie that she played in with Dana Andrews, it was some sort of WWII movie, and also why does it only come out around X-Mas time?

  2. True story, but only a few outside Hollywwod know this. She had a real problem with farting. She had a gastrointestinal disorder that constantly made her flatuate. John Wayne would never smoke around her for fear of an expulsion. True.

  3. I am an older recently retired college/university professor with a clear focus on Catholic history. My father was 100% Irish-American. In our home as a younger man Maureen O’Hara was the favorite actress of the family. Her movie with John Wayne, “The Quiet Man,” for all of my adulthood been my favorite film. I consider her the finest actress ever.

  4. I am 51 years old and whether I was 8 and watched her on the yearly showing on Thankskiving showing of Robin Hood and although Ms. O’Hara was so beautiful and played 2nd billing to Errol Flynn as far as I was concerned Ms. O’Hara was the star of stars in that movie. As a matter of fact I was never aware of an age difference even to this moment. Of all the beautiful starlets in the cinema universe it was Maureen O’Hara with her hair of gorgeous intense red hot intensity and her superb Gaelic braugh. To me every single star movie here on earth, passed on shining alongside the heavenly made stars made by gods own hands, revolve around the star of the most beautiful, witty, sharp tongued and glorious Irish or any other nationality woman in Gods vast dominion. When I was a little bit older I actually think I fell in love in love with the most beautiful woman inside and out (besides my wife of 30 yrs) that I’ve ever seen and her performance in quiet Man did that! Thank you so very kindly Ms. Maureen O’Hara. William Cosgrove lll
