Where to watch Mexico vs. Honduras & USA vs. Trinidad and Tobago World Cup qualifiers

On Nov. 17, Telemundo and NBC Universo will simulcast coverage of the Mexico vs. Honduras World Cup qualifier for the 2018 World Cup event that will be held in Russia. Following this match, NBC Universo will exclusively air coverage of the USA vs. Trinidad and Tobago match, followed by Canada vs. El Salvador. All matches will also be available on the digital platforms of NBCDeportes.com.

WHO: Honduras vs. Mexico — Telemundo and NBC Universo

WHEN: Tue., Nov. 17 at 3:00p ET / 12:00p PT

WHAT: Mexican Head Coach Juan Carlos Osorio will direct his side against Honduras on Tuesday afternoon. Osorio’s roster features players that are making an impact in league’s all over the world. One of those is Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez who is setting Europe on fire for his German club, Bayer Leverkusen, scoring 10 goals in all competitions this season. Honduras will be tasked with finding a way to slow “Chicharito” down. The “Bicolor” (Honduras) is attempting to qualify for its fourth ever FIFA World Cup. Mexico is looking for its 16th. These two teams have played head-to-head in World Cup Qualifiers a total of 16 times. Mexico has a 9-2-5 record vs. The Hondurans. Award-winning announcer Andrés Cantor, Sammy Sadovnik and Carlos Hermosillo will have the call live from Honduras.

WHO: Trinidad and Tobago vs. USA — NBC Universo

WHEN: Tue., Nov. 17 at 6:00p ET / 3:00p PT

WHAT:  In 2009, the last time the U.S. traveled to Trinidad and Tobago to play a World Cup Qualifier, the Stars and Stripes defeated the Caribbean nation 1-0. U.S. Head Coach Jurgen Klinsmann’s side will feature several new faces this time around. Midfielder Darlington Nagbe and defender Matt Miazga will join veterans Michael Bradley and Jozy Altidore and the rest of the Stars and Stripes in this important match. Trinidadian captain and forward Kenwyne Jones will lead his team against the USA in an attempt to beat the U.S. for the first time since 2008. Copan Alvarez and Manuel Sol will call this match.

WHO: El Salvador vs. Canada — NBC Universo

WHEN: Tue., Nov. 17 at 8:30p ET / 5:30p PT

WHAT: El Salvador and Canada are trying to qualify for the FIFA World Cup for the first time since the 1980’s. The Canadians, coached by Benito Flores, haven’t met the El Salvadorians in a qualifier since 1997, when they lost 4-1. El Salvador is entering this round of qualifiers after not allowing a goal in the third round. Tune in Tuesday night to see which CONCACAF country will get ahead in Group A. Copan Alvarez and Manuel Sol will call this match.
