  1. How chintzy can you get Fox News? All but on ACL playoff game are on FS1, which a lot of people do not subscribe to with the cable company. Expected better of you.

  2. I was excited to see the Royals play the Blue Jays on Fox, but I am very disappointed that I will not be able to see the rest of the games because I don’t have cable and I cannot get FS1 on my t.v.

  3. Why is the strike zone not being displayed on television for American League playoffs? I noticed it being displayed on National League playoffs.
    Thanks
    Gord

    • There is no good reason why Fox doesn’t show the electronic strike zone. It is a great visual tool and adds to the enjoyment of the telecast. We all know it isn’t official, but it is a great tool for fans. What possible reason could they have for showing it so infrequently? And btw, their strike zone graphic, when shown, is the worst of all the networks. Maybe that’s why they don’t feature it.

  4. I am a 75 year old MLB fan and have followed MLB since the early 1950s. There are many very good baseball announcers on the various networks and I especially enjoy Joe Buck & Bob Costas. The color commentators I enjoy are John Smoltz, John Kruk and many other non x-baseball players such as Tom Verducci. The worst commentator I have ever heard in my 60+ years of listening to radio and TV baseball game broadcasts is Harold Reynolds. He rudely talks constantly and many of his comments are off-the-wall type comments that sometimes are not even related to the play that just occurred. He is often corrected by the other commentator working the same game. You could significantly increase the quality of your broadcast by replacing Harold Reynolds.

  5. Dont you think you should be showing some Royals Photos FS1 why only bluejays . whats up with that .

  6. FOX,

I am poor. WHY does that mean you will not allow me to watch my home team play post season baseball. THANK YOU for airing tonight’s game, but why only one?

I went to a TINY college, in mid-Missouri. I saw them play football on broadcast television last week. Any time two or more people get into, or onto, motorized vehicles, I can watch them race. Anytime two teams (ANY two teams) play with an elongated, pigskin ball, I can watch them. Anytime someone hits a golf ball, I can watch them. But MAJOR LEAGUE baseball, even when the game is sold out, even in the PLAY-OFFS? Not a chance. Since when did the national pastime become only for the rich?
