2014 Critics Choice Television Awards: Date, time, channel, nominees, presenters

The 2014 Critics Choice Television Awards — the fourth annual ceremony held by The Broadcast Television Journalists Association to honor programs and performances from the preceding year — will air live on The CW June 19 at at 8pm ET (tape-delayed PT). The awards honor the best of TV that aired between June 1, 2013, and May 31, 2014. Cedric the Entertainer (pictured) serves as host.

Among the other awards presented, the 2014 Critics Choice Television Awards will honor Ryan Murphy with the Louis XIII Genius Award, for his work on everything from American Horror Story and Glee, to the recent HBO film The Normal Heart (which is nominated for five Critics Choice Television Awards). Jim Parsons (himself a nominee for The Big Bang Theory) will present the Genius Award to Murphy.
