America’s Got Talent, the blockbuster variety show, returns to NBC for its ninth season, where a fresh crop of talented singers, dancers and variety acts vie for their chance to perform for America and win the $1 million prize. Returning as judges are former Spice Girl Mel B, supermodel Heidi Klum, comedian Howie Mandel and radio personality Howard Stern. In the early rounds, the judges have the power to either “X” or advance acts, but once the show airs live from Radio City Music Hall, TV viewers vote and ultimately decide the show’s winner. Actor/comedian Nick Cannon returns as host.
