Ahead of the theatrical release of X-Men: Days of Future Past this Friday, FX will be airing three other films from the X-Men franchise on Thursday, May 22, starting at 4:30pm ET. The marathon will also include interviews with some cast members of Days of Future Past.
During the marathon, FX will air: X-Men: Origins: Wolverine at 4:30pm; X-Men: The Last Stand at 7:15pm; and X-Men: First Class at 10pm.
Interviews with the following Days of Future Past cast members will be interspersed throughout the event: Hugh Jackman (Logan/Wolverine, pictured above); Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat); Patrick Stewart (Professor Charles Xavier); James McAvoy (Charles Xavier); Michael Fassbender (Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto); Peter Dinklage (Bolivar Trask). The actors will talk about the challenges facing the mutants of the future, how each actor prepared to play his or her character, and what they took away from the experience.
Viewers will also see an exclusive look at Days of Future Past.
“X-Men Takeover Thursday” airs May 22 from 4:30pm-1am on FX.
