But with Will’s and Zoey’s first Christmas as members their family just around the corner, Bill and Jen are determined to make the holiday memorable and introduce Will and Zoey to their most treasured traditions.

“The fact that we have Will and Zoey both home now is a true gift and we can’t wait for what the future will bring,” Jen told Channel Guide in February. when we asked what kept the couple’s spirits up on the toughest days. “You can’t feel sorry for yourself with them around — there’s no time, nor should we be. They are amazing and they are what we need to focus on now. They not only make you smile and laugh when you are feeling down, but it is important to both of us not to let this cancer thing get in the way of living our lives as a family.

“Not to say we haven’t had some rough days,” she added. “But as long as those days are fewer than the good ones, I think we are doing alright!”
