2014 Golden Globe best lines, winners

The Hollywood Foreign Press honored the best in TV and Movies tonight in their 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards. Hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler rocked it again, calling this year’s award with some “legit” nominees, Mr. Golden Globe spiff (Poehler) and hilariously calling out a handful of stars. Some of the 2014 Golden Globe best lines were in the opening monologue when Poehler and Fey called out a series of stars including: George Clooney (“Gravity – it’s the story of how George Clooney would rather float away into space and die than spend one 2014 Golden Globe best lines and winnersmore minute with a woman his own age”), Matt Damon (“Matt on any other night, in any other room, you would be a big deal, but tonight you’re basically a garbage person”), Meryl Streep (“Meryl Streep so brilliant in August: Osage County, proving there are still great parts in Hollywood for Meryl Streep’s over age 60),  Matthew McConaughey (“Matthew McConaughey did amazing work this year. For his role in Dallas Buyers Club he lost 45 pounds, for which actresses call being in a movie) and Jonah Hill (‘If I wanted to see Jonah Hill masturbate at a pool party, I’d go to one of Jonah Hill’s pool parties”). And the winners tonight were:
