  1. Fox sports 1 sucks . You will lose a lot of viewers to this . Speed channel was best if I can find a dish or satellite that has I will drop my cable provider to go with them.

  2. Note to Fox Sports and Dish Network, you will lose viewers with this ill thought programming decision. I called Dish and they said Speed may end up somewhere but could not tell when or what channel.
Speed Channel is for racing, does matter what kind, not IFC, Really? Soccor, really
    I am out!

  3. what a shame! Speed channel WAS the most watched channel in our house. If us gear heads wanted to watch sports, we would change the channel to one of the dozens that broadcast sports 24-7. SAD DAY!

  4. WTF you b*stards?!? We only had ONE channel we could turn to and see nothing but shows and sports dedicated to auto enthusiasts and some corporate nitwit with more title and income than sense takes it away???? F U Fox Sports, count me among your brand new Channel 219 “Non-Viewers” Take your toy balls and go back to your own channels. I’m calling for a complete BLACKOUT and BOYCOTT of the new Fox channel until Speed Channel is returned in its entirity. R U with me?

    • I AM DEF WITH YOU PAL, FUCK THESE ASSHOLES .. JUST MAKING TV WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS BY TAKING SPEED AWAY !!!!!! THEY ARE NOW ON MY SHIT LIST FOR SURE! BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT !!!

      • I miss GEARS AND TWO GUYS GARAGE AND PINKS AND CHOP/CUT/REBUILD AND TRUCK U !! I WANT THEM BACK !!! HOW MANY FUCKING #S ARE ON OUR BOXES WOULD HAVE BEEN SO HARD TO JUST MOVE ALL THOSE SHOWS WE LOVE TO ANOTHER #/CHANNEL!!!!

  5. this sucks big time only channel for gear heads and big ass fox has to take it away.like we need another football-sports channel.who the hell wants to watch regis phibin old ass try to be a sports analyst?whats next betty white in a dunking contest

  6. How do we contact the pin-heads responsible for this so that we can express our “opinions”?

  7. This is a sad day for race fans, who’s bright idea was this? I would like to know what dumb a– made this decision, I hope nobody watches this channel, if I wanted to watch other sports I would go to espn. I know this is a corporate decision but the corporation is IGNORANT as to what the public wants!

  8. Good, it sucked!! All they knew is F1 and NASCAR!!! They were like “What is this thing call NHRA?” Little coverage if it wasn’t NASCAR or EuroTrash racing! Oh, and lets not forget Barret Jackson!! Speed rode that dog & pony show as far as it would go.

    • Well Mike you have the choice of watching the dozens of sports channels available. Push the button PLEASE! let others watch what they would like to watch.

  9. What a Sad Day indeed. One of the only channels I looked forward to watching is now more of the same BS as other so call sports shows. Too bad you are turning away from the customers that put you where you are. Guess I’ll be watching more Velocity.

  10. This is a terrible move..
An entire channel dedicated to nothing but the automotive industry and it’s gone..

  11. What I loved about The SPEED Channel was that it was focused on racing of all kinds, particularly auto racing. If I want to watch other sports, I’ll watch the other sports channels. This is a sad day for auto racing coverage and shows dedicated to racing in particular.

  12. This is BS!!! Auto sports only had one channel to begin with now we have none! I only got this package on my cable tv for speed ch. now its more of the same crap on the other fox sports channels! I will not be watching anything other than nascar on this channel. What a bad day in the auto racing world!! I hope fox sports will realize what they’ve to the auto world!

  13. A sad day indeed. Don’t get Speed2 in Seattle. Won’t be watching Fox and I hope racing fans (other than Nascar, of course) will not watch either. Gotta pander to the ratings! This sucks!!

  14. Soccer? Football? UFC? I see enough of this on other channels! I turn to SPEED to watch auto related shows! I enjoy watching Gears, Wrecked, PassTime, etc. This is not acceptable. I will be turning away from this channel until someone at this ‘new’ network comes to their senses and changes their format back to racing and the auto related culture. I also encourage others to write in also in response to this change. RIP SPEED, but a lot of us hope you do come back…

  15. As a fan of racing I feel as though the TV gods have stabbed me in the back. I love all things racing and SPEED was the most watched channel in my house. I am not fond of baseball or football. Did those sports not have enough other channels? Were there simply SO many games they HAD to use ANOTHER channel? Next thing you know we will be seeing Bret and Tebo clashing against yet another underpaid team only it will be seen on HGTV. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Hopefully FOX doesn’t F up the coverage of NASCAR.I am sure there are people out there that don’t care about the change, but I am just as certain there are people out there that feel the same way as me. maybe if we band together we can get our “All Things Racing” network back on the air.

    Here’s to hoping…….ANGRY

  16. ARE U KIDDING WHERES GEARS N CLASSIC CARS N LOTS OF GOOD STUFF WE WATCH FOR YEARS ARE U KIDDING ME WHO ASKED US WHAT WE WANT SURELY NOT HALF THE STUFF U PUT ON NOW NOT HAPPY IN PA
