The NBC Sports Group presents more than nine hours of coverage from the Breeders’ Cup Nov. 2-3, thoroughbred racing’s year-end championships held this year at California’s Santa Anita Park. Fifteen races are held over the two-day event, with more than $25 million in purses at stake. For the first time in its history, Saturday’s $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic race airs live in prime time. NBC Sports Network airs Friday and Saturday afternoon races, while NBC airs the Classic Saturday night.
