Here we go again. It’s the Alabama Crimson Tide vs. the LSU Tigers in a much-hyped game with major BCS implications. CBS airs the game in prime time on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 8pm ET. The SEC powers met twice last season, and neither game provided much in the way of entertainment. The Tigers won an ugly 9-6 overtime victory over the Tide in November, and the Tide rolled over the toothless Tigers 21-0 (LSU had a paltry 92 yards of offense) in January’s BCS title game. With Alabama ranked BCS No. 1 and LSU at No. 5, maybe they’ll play a game that lives up to expectations. Oh, and try not to read too much into the game’s result.
