NBC Sports Network has coverage of all eight stages of the Paris-Nice cycling event from France beginning Sunday, March 4, at 3pm ET. The “Race to the Sun” begins just outside of Paris and travels south for 1,155.5 kilometers to Nice, where it will end with a time trial on the Col d’Eze for the first time since 2001. 1. I have Comcast and the race was on at 11:00 pm CST earlier in the week but nothing last night or scheduled tonight. I miss Versus and Bob.

  2. Boo to NBC Sports — all the bike coverage for Paris-Nice is at Midnight in my area.

  3. For the most part NBCSN does a great job of providing vareity so why would you treat cycling so casually. Less fishing and more cycling or at least broadcast the events when you say you are going to.

  4. Regarding the pre-race Tour de France: Please let Bob Roll interact with Phil and John. Scott is so sad and so boring. Bob Roll is doing his best, basically by himself.

  5. DirecTv Guide lists final stage coverage beginning at 10 PM CDT. It’s now 10:15 and hockey is showing!

    What’s up?

  6. Agree with all comments so far. More cycling with good time slots and less fishing shows. Also MLS is fine, but let’s bring in some european soccer to NBC Sports.

  7. How many times can you catch a bass for god’s sake??!!?? VS did do a better job of slotting the programs, fortunately, they have left the “A” team of Liggett, Sherwin, Rolle. etc. intact. NBC needs to know that there are millions of roadies and tri geeks out there who love to watch “real” cyclists get the job done!!

  8. I have to admit that I am missing Versus coverage of cycling. The final stage of Paris-Nice doesn’t air until 11 PM EDT on Sunday. That time slot tells me that NBCSN isn’t really that interested in covering cycling. Perhaps if NBCSN devoted less air time to “sports” like fishing, they would be able to schedule prestigous cycling events before 11 PM.

  9. I’m confused – what Direct TV channel will this broadcast be on? I’d have thought 625, but it does not show up in the guide. Thanks!
