Giving People.com viewers a first look, MTV released the Season 4 trailer for its groundbreaking series 16 and Pregnant, which introduces viewers to 12 new teenage moms-to-be and the challenges they face.
From a young woman who got pregnant from her first sexual encounter to a former model and amateur cage fighter to a heartsick teen who survived the accident that killed her fiance, the new moms mix their personal stories with the usual perils of teenage pregnancy including adoption decisions, parental disapproval, flighty partners and absentee friends.
Season 4 of 16 and Pregnant premieres Tuesday, March 27 at 10pm on MTV.
