FOX giving “Fringe” fans props … from the set

It was touch and go as to whether cult favorite Fringe would get a fourth-season pickup. Now that it’s happened, though, FOX finds itself in a giving mood to the die-hard fans. Beginning today, and running through the season finale on May 6, the network is staging a weekly giveaway of unique replicas of select props and items seen on the show.

On Fridays after 12pm EST, Fringe fans can visit the show’s official site, or its Facebook page to begin their search for clues that will lead them to the code word hidden in Fringe content. Fans who find the code word then can enter it at, which will enter them into the drawing as well as unlock online Fringe stickers. Must be 18 years or older to enter.

Some of the items included in the giveaway are:

Doomsday Machine Blueprints: Be one of the few who can help Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) piece together the ominous machine that he apparently plays a big role in operating

The Observer’s Doomsday Drawing: This revealing drawing of the Doomsday Machine by the Observer was left for Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv)

Massive Dynamic Stock Certificates: Join Walter Bishop (John Noble) as a “shareholder” in the world’s foremost biotechnology company

Fringe Prize Pack: These otherworldly items — “Show Me” ID cards and lanyards and ear cuff — easily identify Olivia and William Bell (Leonard Nimoy) in the alternate universe. You’ll also receive a branded chairback straight from the Fringe set in Vancouver.
