GOLF CHANNEL returns its Big Break reality competition series for a 10-episode, 13th edition and an all-female cast with brains, beauty and some serious golf skills. Taking place at Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, Bahamas, Big Break Sandals Resorts (premiering June 21 at 9pm ET and airing Mondays) features 11 women, nine of whom are playing on the Duramed FUTURES Tour. The ladies compete against each other in golf skills challenges in the hope of winning an exemption to play in an LPGA Tour event and a Ladies European Tour event, among other prizes. Each week, one contestant will be eliminated, with the final player earning her dream shot to play with the best in the world.

This season was filmed at one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, Sandals Emerald Reef Golf Club, an oceanside course designed by Greg Norman (who makes guest appearances on the show) featuring six signature holes overlooking the Caribbean Sea. But the cameras also follow the contestants off the course to find out what happens after the sun goes down at the ladies’ oceanside villa.

The colorful cast this season includes players like Lili Alvarez, one of Mexico’s top amateurs who competed with Lorena Ochoa; Carling Coffing, who has overcome Type 1 diabetes to play pro golf; Maiya Tanaka, who lives out of her car and plays in four pro tours; and Taryn Durham, who played in the 2007 U.S. Women’s Open. GOLF CHANNEL’s Tom Abbott enters as the new host, with Stephanie Sparks returning as cohost.
