CBS has announced its first-round schedule and broadcast pairings for the NCAA Tournament March 18-19. Full schedule after the jump. From CBS:

Announce Teams Assigned for First and Second Round Coverage

CBS Sports’ exclusive live coverage of the 2010 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship begins with first round action on Thursday, March 18 and Friday, March 19 (12:00 Noon-5:00 PM, ET, and 7:00 PM-12:00 AM, ET, both days) and concludes on Monday, April 5 with the national championship game (9:00 PM, ET-conclusion).

Greg Gumbel, Greg Anthony and Seth Davis host THE ROAD TO THE FINAL FOUR® from the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City.  Eric Mann serves as Senior Producer and Bob Matina directs.

Tip times for the second-round games on Saturday will be announced on Thursday after the conclusion of the days’ games. Sunday’s tip times will be released after the conclusion of play on Friday.
