RuPaul’s Drag Race Commits Highway Robbery

On Tuesday, January 22nd The Abbey in West Hollywood hosted a premiere party for Season 5 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Outside on the pink carpet, season 4 contestant Willam interviewed several of the arriving guests, including RuPaul, Camille Grammer, Gloria Allred and Julie Brown. RuPaul’s Drag Race is all about the drama. As a reality show, we can be pretty confident that most of that drama is manufactured from the minds of World of Wonder. This season, however, bakes the drama in from the first episode.  The queens strut into the workroom, one by one.
