Antwon Tanner is headed for trouble in a major way, according to TMZ.com, after being arrested in the Big Apple in connection with a Social Security card racket. Tanner surrendered to federal prosecutors, who allege that the One Tree Hill costar “knowingly and intentionally” and “with intent to defraud” illegally transferred Social Security cards.
