Minutes ago, Chanel Guide Magazine received word from ABC, that the paranormal thriller, The Whispers, has been cancelled after one season.

Lily Rabe starred as FBI child specialist Claire Bennigan, who was called in to investigate deadly games that children were playing with an imaginary friend. In each instance, an imaginary friend — called “Drill” — coached his playmates into performing specific, and often violent, tasks. Bennigan worked desperately to determine who or what was manipulating our most precious assets, and her quest took on an even more desperate note when her son fell under Drill’s control.
The Whispers also starred Barry Sloane as Wes Lawrence, Milo Ventimiglia as John Doe, Derek Webster as Jessup Rollins, Kristen Connolly as Lena Lawrence, Kylie Rogers as Minx Lawrence and Kyle Harrison Breitkopf as Henry Bennigan.
