ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN3 combine to present 14 hours of live coverage from the 2015 Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., May 27-28. ESPN3 airs live preliminary rounds on Wednesday. ESPN3 and WatchESPN offers a multiple-choice “Play-Along” version of the broadcasts. ESPN2 airs the semifinals on Thursday beginning at 10am ET, and ESPN airs the finals beginning at 8pm ET. ESPN’s commentators are Chris McKendry, Kaylee Hartung and word analyst Paul Loeffler.
