WWE Hall of Fame 2013 induction ceremony date, time, channel

WWE Hall of Fame 2013 induction ceremony airs April 9 at 10pm ET on USA Network.

If you’re still buzzing from the excitement of WrestleMania 29, where John Cena defeated The Rock to become the new WWE champion, Alberto Del Rio beat Jack Swagger to defend his World Heavyweight title, Triple H defeated Brock Lesnar in a No Holds Barred match, The Undertaker beat CM Punk, and more — there’s other action that surrounded the WrestleMania 29 event yet to come to your TV.

The night before WrestleMania 29, six WWE legends were immortalized during the WWE Hall of Fame 2013 induction ceremony. This Tuesday, April 9, at 10pm ET, USA Network will broadcast a one-hour special highlighting the WWE Hall of Fame 2013 induction ceremony.

During the ceremony at Madison Square Garden, Trish Stratus, Bruno Sammartino, Mick Foley, Booker T, Bob Backlund and Donald Trump were recognized for their accomplishments and contributions in sports-entertainment.

At the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Bruno Sammartino was introduced by Arnold Schwarzenegger; Trish Stratus was inducted by Stephanie McMahon, and used the occasion to announce her pregnancy; Mick Foley was inducted by Terry Funk; Booker T was introduced by his brother, Stevie Ray; Bob Backlund was introduced by Maria Menounos; and Donald Trump was inducted by his friend and rival, Vince McMahon.

And Mick Foley even got to do one of the few things he was never able to do during his career — defeat Chris Jericho. To oblige, Jericho got up on stage and laid down on the floor, with Foley then dropping an elbow on him and pinning him.
