The Little Couple Returns April 30 on TLC

The Little Couple are about to become a little family!

Dr. Jen Arnold and her husband Bill Klein, stars of the beloved TLC reality show, told People magazine today that they have adopted a toddler who also has a form of dwarfism.

The couple’s path to becoming parents to 3-year-old William will be featured in the show’s sixth season, which makes its long awaited premiere April 30.

“We are thrilled to announce that we have adopted a beautiful young boy from China,” the couple told People in an exclusive statement. “We are so proud to welcome William to our family and look forward to bringing him home.”

Fans of the show have anxiously followed the couple’s quest to become parents via a surrogate, who suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage at the start of of the show’s fifth season.

After busying themselves with friends and family — and Bill’s new pet store — Klein and Arnold met with an agency that specializes in finding parents for special needs kids in the season finale.

And the journey to their happy ending comes to our TVs soon.

A new season of The Little Couple  premieres Tuesday April 30 at 10 p.m. ET.

  1. When does the next season begin. I really enjoy the show very much and I don’t want to miss a single show.

  2. Congrats on getting Will I know I’m a bit slow. I’m watching the episode about getting him checked out with the X-rays and hearing specialist. It reminded me of when I was a kid. No im not little but i have slight cp. Lots of X-rays the only thing I didn’t like was the room was very cold and dark and the tech was a bit spooky. Sort of like Lurch from the Addams family LOL. The hearing test I could completely commiserate with. I had to go in by myself and I was afraid that they would lock me in and I would run out of air before they could get the door open. Not closterphobia just the fear of being stuck in the “safe” too long LOL. He will do great with what ever comes his way. Have fun with him!!!,

  3. Who ever said things happen for a reason must have been talking about your family!!!!! Everyone was heart broken when you were unable to have a child but William was meant for you!!!! I think you are the luckiest family ever.
