What’s It All About? This CG-animated comedy series follows the intergalactic adventures of Sheen Guevera Estevez, the hyperactive kid from Nick’s hit TV series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. Planet Sheen finds Sheen stranded in outer space after he accidentally “borrows” a rocket and crash lands on the planet Zeenu, a world of limited technology that is inhabited by not-too-bright creatures and ruled by an Emperor who becomes fascinated with Sheen.

What’s It All About? This animated comedy is from Butch Hartman (The Fairly OddParents). It centers around Dudley Puppy (voiced by iCarly’s Jerry Trainor), a gung-ho, dim-witted dog who finds himself accidentally thrust into the role of secret agent when he’s recruited by the super-secret, crime-fighting organization, T.U.F.F. (Turbo Undercover Fighting Force). He partners with Kitty Katswell, a feline superspy who is an amazing kung-fu and weapons expert. Naturally, they don’t get along, but together they protect their hometown of Petropolis and the rest of the world against the evil animal organization, D.O.O.M. (Diabolical Order of Mayhem).

Sym-Bionic Titan

What’s It All About? This new original animated series from acclaimed animation creator/director Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter’s Laboratory and Samurai Jack) follows the lives of Ilana, Lance and Octus, three alien teens that crash-land on Earth while attempting to escape an evil General who has taken over their home planet, Galaluna. Ilana, princess of Galaluna, Lance, a rebellious but capable soldier, and Octus, a bio-cybernetic robot, must now blend into everyday life in Sherman, Illinois. Posing as high school students, Lance and Octus work to conceal Princess Ilana from General Modula and his hideous space mutants sent to harm the sole royal heir of Galaluna.

This motley trio makes a real effort to navigate high school life, all while saving the planet and themselves from an onslaught of inter-galactic attacks. When called into battle, Octus activates the sym-bionic defense program and Ilana, Lance and Octus come together to form the spectacular cyber-giant Sym-Bionic Titan.

What’s It All About? From the very first issue of the magazine in 1952, MAD has satirized and parodied the pop cultural landscape. Its irreverent heart still beats strong. In this new MAD original, 15-minute animated series, this same sense of the ridiculous is delivered with fresh relevance. The show is the magazine brought to animated life, from spoof mash-ups like CSiCarly to Avaturds to The Fantastic Megan Fox to commercial parodies like Toys4Brats.

What’s It All About? A new, 15-minute original animated comedy, Regular Show features best friends Mordecai (a six-foot-tall blue jay) and Rigby (a hyperactive raccoon). The two are groundskeepers at a park owned by Pops, a humanoid-looking lollipop who has spent his entire life there. The job is so deadly dull that the two friends will do anything they can to avoid it. This doesn’t go over well with their boss Benson (an anthropomorphic gumball machine) — but their efforts often result in insane escapades that delight Pops.

What To Expect At least two more seasons of Seth Green and Matt Senreich’s stop-motion animated comedy Robot Chicken, as Adult Swim has ordered 40 more episodes for Seasons 5 and 6. Season 5 premieres in October, and includes Robot Chicken Star Wars Episode III, premiering Dec. 12.

What’s It All About? From Metalocalypse co-creator Tommy Blacha comes this animated comedy about brothers Rusty and Bruno Kleburkuh, whose pro-wrestling lineage dates back 200 years. But the Kleburkuh family’s Mongo Wrestling Alliance has fallen on hard times and is the laughingstock of pro wrestling. It’s now up to Rusty and Bruno to restore the greatness of their family’s franchise.

What’s It All About? In this animated comedy, Bob Belcher (Benjamin) runs a burger joint with his wife Linda and their three kids: socially awkward teen Tina, prankster Gene and hyperactive Louise. Bob’s burgers are great, even if the service, cleanliness and location (it’s next to a funeral home) are lacking. But Bob’s got plenty of ideas for his business to compete with his biggest rival, Jimmy Pesto’s Pizzeria.

Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III

What’s It All About? Seth Green and Matt Senreich’s Robot Chicken is back for a third Star Wars-themed special, this time telling more of a linear story focusing on the saga’s sinister characters. “We wanted to take the Star Wars universe and see it through the eyes of our Robot Chicken: Star Wars Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, Boba Fett and Gary the Stormtrooper. We’ll still flip around the universe, but we’ll get a unique perspective from the bad guy side, from the people who just want to rule the universe,” Senreich says. Joining the voice cast are Zac Efron as Anakin Skywalker and Anthony Daniels as C-3PO.

G.I. Joe: Renegades

The beloved 1980s cartoon gets an update in this series that takes the story back to the beginning and shows how the members of the elite military force came together. From there, the story takes an A-Team-like turn when the Joes — including the likes of Duke and Snake Eyes — must go on the run after being accused for a crime they didn’t commit. The villainous Cobra organization is in the mix as well, with old favorites like Cobra Commander and Destro causing all sorts of trouble for the good guys.
